Girls Volleyball has officially started and it started with a BANG! Our JV Lady Lancers won their home game against the Carson Colts with the set scores 2-0. Meanwhile, our Varsity Lady Lancers lost 2 sets with a finishing score of 1-3. It was an intense game to watch for our students and alumni, the anticipation of whether we’d win or lose was heavy in the stands. Our girls kept good team composition despite the unlucky loss, you can really see the connection amongst the team members. Our player highlight is Varsity’s libero, Bella or #11; she was quick on her feet and ultimately saved her team from the Carson Colts advancing throughout the match. Our next Lady Lancers home game is August 31st, don’t be shy and come down to show our girls volleyball team some support! Show your Lancer pride!
